Social Services

To give you emotional support and assist you in arranging for the necessary care services in relation to terminal illness, Social Workers from Hope Hospice of Atlanta are ready to help.

Social Services will cover:

• Coordination of Hospice Care
• Support in Coping with Grief
• Pastoral Counseling

In the event of the patient’s passing, the Social Workers can arrange for Bereavement services as consolation for the family members. Bereavement Support is provided for at least 13 months following the patient’s death.
